As detailed in the final room of the 'Museum', it is clear that DW was a believer in reincarnation right up to his death on 10th November 1977 at the age of 80.

Joan Grant died on 3rd February 1989 at the age of 81. I spoke before she died to one of Joan's friends who saw her in her last few days, and while Joan apparently questioned herself as to whether she might have been wrong (which I take to be the mark of a person of integrity), Joan too remainder a believer.
