-series. It was a tremendous
Success and had a terriffic (sic) press.
While writing many of its scenes
I was able to draw for local
colour on my time spent in
Germany in 1913, Particularly
for those on the Rhine & Moselle.

As we learnt in due course
the German Generals did plot to
assassinate Hitler, but they were
poor conspirators and, as in this
story, failed.
